Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at nutrinomnom.com and the meal subscription service operated by NutriNomNom Foods LLP ("NutriNomNom", "we", "our", "us"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India and licensed under FSSAI 23625032007299.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

NutriNomNom is a chef-cooked meal subscription service operating in select Hyderabad neighbourhoods. We deliver weekday meals (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM to your registered delivery address. Weekend deliveries are not available.

We currently offer the following plan formats: Lunch Only, Dinner Only, Lunch + Dinner, Breakfast + Lunch, and Breakfast + Dinner. Each plan is offered in 1-week (5 weekday meals) and 4-week (20 weekday meals) durations. Dietary preferences include Vegetarian, Vegetarian + Egg ("Eggetarian"), and Non-Vegetarian.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in one of our serviceable Hyderabad delivery zones to place an order. Delivery zones are listed on our FAQ page and may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

We use your WhatsApp number as your primary identifier. When you place an order, we send a one-time verification code to your number. You are responsible for keeping your phone, OTP, and account access secure. We are not liable for unauthorised orders placed where the OTP was disclosed by you, voluntarily or otherwise.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) and standard delivery charges.
• Payment is collected upfront for the full duration of the selected plan via our PCI-compliant payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
• We do not store your card or banking credentials. Payment instruments are handled directly by Cashfree.
• If a payment fails or is declined by your bank, your subscription will not be activated until payment is successfully received.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing for new orders. Existing active subscriptions are honoured at the price you originally paid.

• Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday only.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and announced kitchen rest days have no delivery.
• Custom delivery times are not offered. Batched delivery is integral to keeping food fresh.
• Address changes must be requested via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the affected delivery.
• If the delivery executive is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address, missing recipient, or refusal of delivery, that day's meal is forfeit and not credited.

• Skip a single day: request via WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the affected delivery. The skipped day is credited to the end of your subscription.
• Pause your subscription: request via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Unused days carry forward and are not lost.

Our kitchens follow FSSAI hygiene standards. However, our kitchens handle dairy, eggs, gluten (wheat), peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and fish. We are unable to guarantee a fully allergen-free preparation environment. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering and consult your physician.

You are responsible for disclosing material allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions in the "anything we should avoid" field at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the website beyond personal use; (b) place fraudulent orders or chargebacks; (c) impersonate another person or provide false delivery details; (d) resell our meals.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund of unused days, if you materially breach these Terms.

All content on the website — recipes, photography, copy, branding, and software — is owned by NutriNomNom Foods LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Calorie targets and macro estimates produced by our calculator are based on the NIH NIDDK Body Weight Planner (Hall et al., Lancet 2011) and are intended for general guidance, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before significant dietary changes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure menu accuracy, but minor variations in ingredients, weights, or portioning may occur due to seasonal availability and kitchen logistics.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the total amount paid by you for the affected subscription in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Where mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, parties may invoke applicable consumer redressal forums.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
